HIDRAULIC PLATFORMS

Hydraulic platforms of type H12, H14, H16, H18 with maximum working heights of 12,14,16,18 m, have been designed respecting users' experience, in accordance with actual technical standards, including CE regulations.
Use: Platforms for aerial operation. Application: H12 for installation on vehicles of driving category «B», model H14, H16, H18 on vehicles of category "C". Drive: hydraulic, from PTO from vehicle gearbox Electro-hydraulic controls from the ground and from the basket. Emergency drive: manual Extendible stabilizers with extension control.
Stabilizers operating one by one or simultaneously. Hydro mechanical proportional control of platform speed and turntable speed / rotation and basket speed.
Starting and stopping of engine from the platform. Rotation: continous (360° x n) Levelling of platform: mechanical (parallelograms) Lifting angle of lever 3 (platform support): 180° Double switch off for maximum reach positions. Sound signals in maximum reach positions. Impossible to operate the platform until the vehicle is properly stabilized.
Width and hight in transport position are suitable for use in town (narrow streets, low passage) Permisable basket load depending on vehicle weight and platform type: from 120-280 dN (kg)

Optional equipment: independentelectrical motor drive hydraulic system for indoor operation (single – phase or thre – phase current, 220-380 V); independent diesel motor drive; additional device for accelerated run by increasing engine revolutions /rpm/ from the platform Additional equipment upon request, according to chassis weight
Maintenance is simple, servicing provided. Spare parts, hydraulic components and electrical devices available. Installation protected against mechanical and atmosphericeffects. Electrical device protection level: IP 65
